Engineering Animation
Engineering animation turns complex ideas into clear, engaging visual stories. Whether you’re explaining how a product works, demonstrating a construction process, or showcasing advanced technology, animation helps clients, stakeholders, and investors understand your project.
Engineering animation also helps reduce misunderstandings and costly mistakes by allowing teams to visualise projects before fabrication or construction begins. It creates a shared understanding between engineers, clients, contractors, and non-technical audiences, improving communication across every stage of a project.
From product launches and manufacturing processes to infrastructure and medical technology, engineering animation transforms technical information into powerful visual communication that informs, persuades, and inspires confidence.
Compact Dismantling Joint
Steel Mains needed to be able to show the many advantages of their new patented design and also how it is installed. A 3D animation solved all of this and showed the comparison between the old way and the new way the compact design saved space. The installation process was easily & clearly explained in an animation, rather than through live footage or verbal explanations.
Tube Bundle Replacement
RCR Energy need to show how a Tube Bundle in a Waste Heater Boiler would be replaced in a spot that was difficult to access.
MJ Productions was given a list of a sequence of steps in the removal of the old bundle and installing the new one as well as photos of the site, dimensions of the existing condiditons and cad drawings of the new tube bundle. Once the site and tube bundle were modelled up and a preliminary animation done, any changes could be made and then presented to the decision makers so they could see it could be achieved.
Without the animation the process may not have been approved and costly options may have been taken up instead.
