New-Gen Business Park
The developer needed to visually communicate to potential lessees/owners the many drawcards of the development, the excellent location of the site and Lot sizes. Upon securing well known successful and prestigious companies, the flythroughs were updated to reflect this and showed the built sites and company brands, attracting and securing more well known companies.
Beaconhills College Food Technology Building
Harwyn effectively showcased the design of the Food Technology Building to the client with a walkthrough. By providing a clear visual representation of both the interior and exterior in the walkthrough, they ensured alignment on project expectations and deliverables. This approach minimized any potential miscommunication and offered the opportunity to implement changes before construction commenced.

Logan City Council Site Development Plans
CPR Projects engaged MJ Productions to produce 3D images and flythroughs of Site Development Plans in the Logan Council area to support project promotion and highly competitive funding applications. The client could see the concept plans in “reality”, and MJ Productions was able to facilitate changes quickly and easily.

Aqua Unit Development
Rockbuild engaged MJ Productions to produce images and a walkthrough for their development. This made it easier for the Real Estate Agents to sell the units before they were built and provided accurate views out from the units as well as the unit interiors for potential buyers
The Vine Shed
MJ Productions was approached by Conte Estate Wines with concept designs and reference images for The Vine Shed. It was the owners dream to have a Cellar Door and Wedding Venue at the Winery
The Flythrough gave the owners the ability to let couples see what the Vine Shed had to offer for their Wedding Day and enabled the Venue to secure bookings before it was built.
